| Hot stone massage is a unique connection we experience with nature, offering a sense of profoundness and sacredness. It is an ancient practice originating thousands of years ago from the Far East. Over the last few years it has been re-discovered and has become very popular, especially in America in the form we see it today. Special smooth lava stones are heated to a comfortably warm temperature prior to treatment. While the heat penetrates your body, you will be given a Swedish style massage. Hot stones will be used to massage arms legs and back. |

| Playing Native American flute is a wonderful way to express feelings and emotions, and an enjoyable means for relaxation in our hurried world. With just a little practice, beautiful sounds emerge and we are the creators. Add a little feeling and out comes a song from the heart. This is the most fulfilling part! Novices will find that within a few minutes they are producing beautiful music. It is very low tech yet has the most soothing, peaceful voice through which we can easily express ourselves. |
