| We offer participatory innovative and experiential programs for teambuilding, community events, personal growth workshops and private parties that allow people of all ages in a wide range of groups and communities to participate in a universal, time-tested, joyous experience that's easy, natural, and FUN! Drumming is a fun and exciting way to celebrate special events and/ or help raise funds and awareness for local causes. The repetitive, physical nature of drumming helps release stress and enhance clarity and focus. Sharing the experience of making music together raises spirits and creates feelings of personal and group power and accomplishment in a fun, uplifting way. |

| Drumming and chanting circles can be vehicles for healing and transformation of body, mind and spirit. Biofeedback research indicates that drumming alters the brainwave patterns into alpha (meditative) brainwaves and brings you to a state of relaxation and restoration. Drumming allows you to reconnect with yourself, others and the sacred. Experience the healing power of group synergy while connecting to your own internal rhythm and sacred life force. |
