The Labyrinth dates back to over 4000 years ago. It has been found in several continents and spiritual traditions. Countless cultures have been drawn to the sacred space of the Labyrinth and used it as a tool for prayer, meditation and personal pilgrimage to balance mind body and soul.

It can assist us in finding peace and healing, individually, as communities and as peoples.

Recently the Labyrinth has been revived as a healing and restorative tool that crosses cultural and religious boundaries.
