| Heide Nispel is a Certified Massage Therapist who received her credentials at the Institute for Health Education in Fairfield, NJ. She studied Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute and successfully integrates her various healing modalities in her client sessions. Through her working association with Crisann Spa she is very adept in the Spa environment and has learned additional modalities such as sea salt and seaweed wraps, and has credentials in hot stone therapy.
